Athletic Policies

All attendees will be subject to metal detector screening prior to entry. This includes walk-through and/or hand-held devices. All permitted items must be divested into the tray and are subject to search. Refusal to comply will result in denial of entry.  

All guests must present a valid driver’s license or other official ID along with a ticket to gain entry. All ID’s will be scanned upon entry.

No backpacks or large bags other than what is listed will be permitted. 

Permitted: Personal clutch bags with or without a strap no bigger than 5” x 6”.  Diaper Bags with accompanying children and appropriate medical bags. All bags are subject to search.

Students 17 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Adults must remain with their children throughout the event.

Once a guest exits the venue, re-entry is not permitted. 

NO Weapons, alcohol, tobacco, smoking or vaping devices, backpacks or any other restricted bags, pets, scooters, bikes, and e-bikes are strictly prohibited.  CSAT has the final decision if an item is deemed a safety or security hazard and is subject to removal.  

Permitted Items:  Cell Phones, keys, wallets, permitted bags.

Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) are in place for medical and non-medical emergencies. Staff are trained to respond and communicate effectively with local emergency services.

Spectators should remain in designated seating areas. Congregating in concourses, or near concession stands is discouraged to allow for the free flow of traffic especially in the event of an emergency.

Event rules and safety procedures will be communicated via signage, school website, and pre-event announcements. Staff and security personnel will be available to assist attendees.

All attendees are expected to comply with this policy. Violations may result in removal from the event and further disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by school administration.

No Outside Food or Beverages Allowed.
