CSATs unique Career Pathways provide for optimal career readiness experience and are designed to guide students on their path toward obtaining a family-sustaining career after graduation. Based on their career and college interests, students can choose one of our four pathways, (Project Lead the Way & Advanced Manufacturing, Health Sciences, Business & Technology or Arts & Communications) and work with our College & Career Readiness Coordinator and School Counselors to find just the right courses to meet their needs.
Within each pathway, CSAT provides soft skill development in teamwork, interpersonal communication, reliability, punctuality, customer service and high-quality task completion. These soft skills have been identified as being essential to success both in the workforce and in continuing education.
