ATHLETICS FORMS:
FINALFORMS IS NOW LIVE!
Students who wish to participate in interscholastic athletics must have the following forms completed for EACH sport:
- An updated physical/health exam
- Athletic Health History Form
- Athletic Emergency Information Form

CSAT integrates academic and career education to help our students understand the reality, necessity, and possibilities of the world of work.
Open Enrollment: Feb. 1 - March 7
Time flies when you are having fun, and that is certainly the case with the 2007-08 school year. As winter turns to spring, we are already looking ahead to next school year.
CSAT’s Open Enrollment period runs between February 1 and March 7. Parents who would like to register their child(ren) for 2008-09 can find all of the information they need on the “Enrollment” page.
There will be 125 slots available to prospective kindergarten students for 2008-09. If we receive more applications than available slots, a lottery will be conducted in mid-March, and parents will be notified by mail shortly thereafter. Students not chosen by the lottery will be put on a waiting list.
