  • What should I do if my child loses a library book?

If a student loses their library book, the student will receive an overdue library bill to cover the replacement cost.  If a lost book turns up at a later date, the library will provide a full refund for the returned book.

  • What should I do if my library book becomes damaged?

If a library book is damaged, you should immediately tell the library staff. Quite often we are able to repair the book with special materials we have available in the library. However, if we are unable to repair the book or it is determined the book is beyond repair, the student will be expected to pay for the cost of replacing the damaged item.
