CSAT Students Giving Back to the Community
Two groups from CSAT recently made meaningful donations to the Oishei Children's Hospital.
High School students in Mrs. Errington’s NEST and from the Business Honor Society completed a service project aiming to give back to the Buffalo Community. The students made fleece pillows which were donated to the hospital for use by children in their care. Meanwhile, students in Mrs. Toepfer's first grade classroom collected donations and presented a check for $474 to the hospiltal - raised in just two weeks!
Pictured below are students assembling the pillows and Juniors Courtney Barton and Isaiah Armstead who helped Mrs. Errington deliver the pillows to the hospital. Team Toepfer is also pictured here with McKenzie Mattison, manager of volunteer and family services, who accepted the donation on behalf of the Oishei Children's Hospital.
