CSAT Students Compete in Science Olympiad Regionals Competition
Congratulations to the CSAT Science Olympiad A Team who placed 14th out of 34 schools at the Science Olympiad Erie/Niagara Regional Competition held on Saturday, February 2 at Buffalo State. 28 CSAT students in total competed at the Regional event, one of many team-based competitive tournaments held throughout New York State. The event is sponsored by the New York State Science Olympiad (NYSSO), a non-profit organization which seeks to engage and challenge students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
The following students also medaled, placing in the top 8: Colin Kinley & Dominic LaVigne (for Boomilever); Daniel Clayton & Jason Barnes (for Sounds of Music); Khadiha Hamed & Daniel Clayton (for Water Quality) and Anthony Abramo (for Wright Stuff). Great job to all!
