CSAT Young Gentleman's Club Completes Weekend Beautification Project
Recently, 12 members of the CSAT Young Gentlemen's Club completed their very first service project of the year. These 4th and 5th grade boys rolled up their sleeves and spent five hours Saturday planting flower bulbs outside Saia Hall (at the Elementary School.) The Young Gentlemen selected varieties which should bloom from March to July.
The Young Gentlemen’s Club is open to any boy in 4th or 5th grade that is interested in learning about manners, having a group of friends to interact with and giving back to the community. The Young Gentlemen’s Club meets throughout the year with regular meetings and weekend service projects.
The mission of the YGC at CSAT is for professional men to offer and facilitate opportunities for 4th and 5th grade boys at CSAT. These opportunities are dedicated to the practice of gentlemanly behaviors and community service.
There are many fun and safe events every year including manners & etiquette lessons, community service projects, green space projects and other activities at meetings.
