Fully completed applications should be returned to the Enrollment Office at the address below.
 
Applications may be submitted in several ways:
 
 - Hand-delivered to the Enrollment Office. 
 - Mailed to Enrollment Office via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
 - Emailed to enrollment@csat-k12.org.
