Xello is a Career Readiness platform that will be implemented K-12 at CSAT. For K-5 it creates a gamefied experience that allows students to learn about careers and build skills in a fun and engaging way. In grades 6-12, the platform utilizes career interest assessments, personality assessments, interests, level of education, goals, etc. It analyzes these different pieces and  curates a list of careers and resources for each student. It helps students to go on a journey of self discovery in which they explore, build skills, plan for their future and tie together all the hard work they have done at CSAT. The goal is for each student to have a path that makes the most sense for them.

All students and staff at CSAT can log into Xello via their Microsoft credential through Single Sign On (SSO).
