ED LAW 2d SOFTWARE COMPLIANCE

In order to provide software and services that utilize student data, CSAT follows the NYS Ed Law 2d Part 121 regulations which calls for third party vendors that we engage with to also provide protective security controls along with a formal contract between the two parties. The majority of software is purchased through Erie One Boces who negotiates and is the custodian on the contracts.  Links to Erie One Boces and all available contracts are listed below the software list. Any software purchased outside of Erie One Boces has an independently signed DPA as listed below.  Software and services may change and update throughout the year, below is our current software inventory that meets the obligations under NYS Ed Law 2d.
