It’s part of a comprehensive admission process that also takes into account your high school academics, extracurricular activities, recommendations, personal essay and other factors.The SAT is made up of 4 sections:
• Reading (65 Minutes) • Math (80 Minutes) • Writing/Language (35 Minutes) • Optional Essay (50 Minutes) •
Total test time: 3 hours plus 50 minutes for the optional Essay. You’ll also get two short breaks during the testing.
Things to bring on the Test Day:
Admission Ticket • Acceptable photo ID • Two No. 2 pencils with erasers • An approved calculator
Snack/Drink for break • Extra layers in case you get cold
